About censorship.

Much of my work lives at the intersection of portraiture and eroticism. It is art, but not pornography. My work is created with care, respect, and intention. That said, the current cultural and legislative climate demands a measure of responsibility in how art is presented publicly, especially online.

For that reason, what you see on this site is sometimes censored or cropped. This is not a reflection of shame or apology, but rather a matter of self-compliance with any possible platforms, regulations, and the shifting definitions of what can or cannot be shown publicly. At most, the uncensored versions of my work may feature nudity in the context of figure and erotica, but again –– never pornography.

If you want the full experience of the work as it was created, it is available through prints, books, and digital downloads. Those formats are not censored and represent, of course, my complete artistic vision.

It’s also worth noting that the majority of my photography (I'd say roughly 75%) contains no nudity at all. Only a smaller portion of my body of work explores figure and erotic art, but because of the times we live in, I approach that side of my work with extra care in terms of how it is shared publicly.

This balance allows me to continue creating freely while ensuring the work is seen for what it is: art.
